My plan for South Sudan as I return back .
When I return to South Sudan, I will actively involve in improvement of standards of Education in South Sudan. Through the use of learner centered teaching and learning methods, because this method help students learn from each other, unites students together as they participate in group activities like discussion and greatly improves their metacognitive skills. I will do this through the use of my knowledge of curriculum development and I am determined to improve lives of girls in South Sudan, through promotion of girl child education, to lay quality foundation for future parenthood and proper up bringing of disciplined Educated children. who will be the future citizens, human resource and leaders of the young nation. I will achieve this by the different knowledge, I acquired over the year. For example leadership skills, management skills, research, and writing proposals or grant proposals to support projects that will support improvement of education and girl child education in South Sudan.

Building the foundation of parenthood is a very important point as you mentioned which has influences on child behaviors, self esteem and their psychological well beings besides our harmful cultural practices against girls to model the way with great self disciplined, and I like the idea of applying the student centered learning and metacognition! which are very important in the learning process.
